Websites

Websites that send every form to your CRM.

Stellaris Ridge builds websites for local service businesses and real estate agents. Every form goes straight into the CRM, so no request sits in an inbox. Based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, serving Alabama, the Southeast and the Midwest.

What we build

A site that does something with the request.

A website is only useful if the people who fill in the form get an answer. On a site we build, the form creates a lead in Astrateris, our own CRM, the moment someone sends it. The reply and the follow-up start from there, not from an inbox someone checks on Friday.

That is the difference we care about. The design matters, and so does where the request goes next.

What is in a build

The parts of a website we take care of.

Design and build

A full site built around how your customers look for you, not a template with your logo on it.

Landing pages

A page for one offer, when you want a single job to have its own front door.

Speed tune-ups

A faster site on a phone, for businesses whose customers search from a truck or a couch.

Forms into the CRM

Each form creates a lead in Astrateris, with spam protection on the form.

Hosting and care

We host it and keep it running, so you are not chasing updates.

How a rebuild works

You see directions before you pick one.

For a rebuild we show two full-length concepts, free, each in a different direction, with a short note on what each one is arguing.

  1. Step 1 · Free

    15-minute check

A short call about your site and where it loses people. One finding, nothing to sign.

  2. Step 2

    Concepts

Two full-length design concepts, free, genuinely different, not the same layout in new colors.

  3. Step 3

    You pick, we quote

You choose the direction. The build is quoted before any work starts. A landing page is $300 and a business website starts at $750.

  4. Step 4

    Build and keep it running

We build it, host it and look after it as your business changes. Hosting and care is $39/mo. See pricing.

Real estate

Listings come from a live feed.

A real estate site that shows old listings is worse than no site. When we build one, the listings come from a live IDX or MLS feed that updates on its own. Any business whose content goes stale gets the same treatment.

We started by building tools for a realtor client with a real problem, and the sites carry that lesson. Realtors can also ask about Apogee, our client-ready reports.

Real photos, real proof

Nothing on the page is made up.

Concept images are placeholders. Before launch they are replaced by your real photos, or photography we commission. We also ask you for the real material: headshots and brand files at a usable size, because a small scraped photo does not hold up in a hero.

Reviews, ratings and numbers on the page are yours and they are real. We do not invent proof to make a layout look finished.

Questions

Fair questions.

Does a form really go into a CRM?

Yes. On a site we build, a form submission creates a lead in Astrateris, our CRM, so the request is a record someone can act on, not an email in an inbox.

What will I see before I choose a design?

Two full-length design concepts in different directions, free, with a short note on what each one is arguing. You pick, then we quote the build.

Can you build a real estate site with live listings?

Yes. Listings come from a live IDX or MLS feed that updates on its own.

Will my site use stock or AI-made photos?

Concepts can use placeholders. Before launch they are replaced by your real photos, or photography we commission, and we ask for your real photos and brand files.

What does a website cost?

A landing page is $300. A business website starts at $750. Hosting and care is $39/mo. Builds are half at signing, half at go-live.

What if I already use another CRM?

Forms land in Astrateris. If you use a different CRM, bring it to the free check and we will tell you straight what is possible.
