These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stellaris Ridge website, AI receptionist (“Ridge”), SMS messaging program, and any services we provide to you. By calling us, texting us, booking a consultation, or signing a service agreement, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.
When these Terms say “we,” “us,” or “Stellaris Ridge,” they mean Stellaris Ridge. When they say “you,” they mean the individual or business interacting with us.
2. The services we offer
Stellaris Ridge is an AI marketing and automation agency. We provide marketing audits, SEO, website design, AI automation including phone agents, content creation, paid advertising, reputation management, and CRM setup. The exact scope of any engagement is set out in a separate written agreement.
Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of results. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work starts.
3. SMS messaging program
When you call Stellaris Ridge and verbally provide a phone number for the purpose of receiving an appointment confirmation, you opt in to our transactional SMS program described below.
Program name: Stellaris Ridge Appointment Notifications.
Description: transactional text messages related to appointments you have booked or modified by phone, including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and missed-confirmation follow-ups.
Message frequency: up to four (4) messages per appointment cycle.
Message and data rates may apply. Stellaris Ridge does not charge you for these messages, but your wireless carrier may. Contact your carrier for plan details.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
HELP keyword: reply HELP to any message and you will receive a response with our support contact and a brief description of the program.
STOP keyword: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive an opt-out confirmation, and no further messages will be sent for that appointment cycle. To re-enroll, simply book a new appointment by phone and provide a phone number again.

4. Your responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information when booking, contacting us, or signing up for our services.
- You will not use our services to harass others, send unlawful content, or impersonate anyone.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or extract data from our AI receptionist or website.
- You confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at any phone number you provide.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business and your communications with us.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, audio, and the “Stellaris Ridge” and “Ridge” names, is owned by Stellaris Ridge or licensed to it. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.
When we deliver services to you, ownership of the deliverables is determined by the written agreement governing that engagement. In the absence of a separate agreement, deliverables are licensed to you for your business use, and Stellaris Ridge retains ownership of underlying methods, frameworks, and reusable components.
6. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific marketing, ranking, or revenue outcomes. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.
The AI receptionist may occasionally make mistakes. If something it tells you sounds wrong or important, please confirm with us directly.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellaris Ridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
